Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant with a strong background in auditing preferably from Big 4 firms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, supporting financial reporting, and maintaining accurate documentation. This role requires strong attention to detail, financial analysis skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate financial records including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliationsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsPerform bank reconciliations and monitor company transactionsEnsure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirementsAssist in the preparation of financial statements and audit schedulesSupport internal and external audit processes by providing required documentationMonitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activitiesAssist in budget preparation and financial analysisMaintain proper documentation and filing of accounting recordsCoordinate with internal departments and external auditors when requiredRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProfessional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CA are an advantageExperience working in the UAE is preferredMinimum 1 year of experience working as an AccountantMinimum 3 years of auditing experience in Big 4 audit firms (PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG preferred)Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingExperience with financial reconciliations and audit supportProficiency in MS Excel and accounting softwareStrong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesDisclaimer: Black Pearl will never ask for money or any form of charge to process or consider your application for any of our available vacancies.
