In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecastsConduct internal audits to ensure financial accuracy and complianceManage accounts payable and receivable processesReconcile bank statements and general ledger accountsAssist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecastsImplement and maintain internal financial controlsEnsure compliance with local tax laws and international accounting standardsCollaborate with external auditors during annual auditsProvide financial analysis and recommendations to managementStay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practicesQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProfessional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred7 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or auditing rolesStrong knowledge of international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and local Qatar tax lawsProficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective time management and planning capabilitiesOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsExperience with financial risk assessment and internal controlsAbility to work efficiently in a multicultural environmentFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plusValid work authorization for Qatar or willingness to obtain necessary permitsAdditional InformationOnly 5+ experienced candidates#J-18808-Ljbffr
