If you possess a strong acumen for numbers and a passion for ensuring fiscal integrity, this role provides a fantastic opportunity to further your career in a supportive environment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable.Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency.Assist in budget preparation and financial planning activities.Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate financial audits.Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.Support management with financial analysis and reporting to inform decision-making.Maintain financial security by establishing and enforcing internal controls.Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate records and detect inaccuracies.Collaborate with other departments to support business operations and growth.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain financial concepts.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is an added advantage but not mandatory.Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements in the industry.Job DetailsRole Level: Mid-LevelWork Type: Full-TimeCountry: United Arab EmiratesCity: DubaiCompany Website: https://Job Function: AccountingSector: Recruitment & StaffingAbout The CompanySearching, interviewing and hiring are all part of the professional life.
