Job Description

<div><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.</li><li>Build strong, long‑term relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.</li><li>Lead onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of our products and services.</li><li>Identify client needs and drive cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, and Support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.</li><li>Communicate client feedback internally to support continuous improvement.</li><li>Monitor account health, identify risks, and implement retention strategies.</li><li>Manage escalations and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.</li><li>Analyze client usage and prepare performance reports.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.</li><li>Minimum Experience two years in client success, account management, or customer‑facing roles.</li><li>Strong communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills.</li><li>Ability to identify and act on cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities.</li><li>Experience working across multiple departments and managing competing priorities.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
