Account / Project Manager – Boutique Creative Agency – Abu DhabiMarcilly Recruitment’s client, a highly regarded boutique creative agency, is seeking an organised, commercially minded Account / Project Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi.This is a full-time, client-facing role supporting a high-profile client´s account. The successful candidate will be embedded within the client’s offices in Abu Dhabi, acting as the key liaison between the client’s marketing team and the agency’s London-based creative team.Please note, the following are essential requirements:Currently based in Dubai or Abu DhabiFluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)Available to start immediatelyThe role will focus on ensuring the smooth delivery of ongoing creative projects, campaigns and content across multiple workstreams, maintaining high standards, clear communication and efficient processes at all times.Key responsibilities include:Managing project timelines, deliverables and workflows across multiple campaignsActing as the main point of contact between client and creative teamsInterpreting and adapting briefs to ensure clear and accurate deliveryTracking project progress and proactively managing deadlinesPreparing meeting agendas, taking detailed notes and circulating action pointsSupporting campaign research and pitch preparationMaintaining project documentation, trackers and internal systemsSupporting the delivery of ongoing content, campaigns and creative assetsThe ideal candidate will have:A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a client-facing role (agency or in-house)Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detailThe ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholdersA commercial mindset with the ability to manage time and budgets effectivelyA proactive, solutions-focused approachExperience with project management tools is advantageous but not essentialAdditional details:Location: Abu Dhabi (with potential hybrid flexibility for candidates based in Dubai)Hours: 40 hours per week (8/9am – 5/6pm)Salary: Starting from AED 20,000 – 25,000 per month, with flexibility for the right candidate#J-18808-Ljbffr
