Role:Account Manager/Project ManagerLocation:Dubai, United Arab EmiratesAbout the role:With an unmatched history and tradition of creating iconic products consumer connections and experiencesthis clienthas been defining sport culture since the beginning. We are working withthis clientto build a dedicated global centralised adaptation dedicated team which will deliver all their global localised remastering and adaptation needs.Our team will supportclientsglobal markets from our centralised offices as well as being onsite/near-site with the clients in these markets. The support will span fromeCom social print and their retail content needs. This team will serve asclientsbespokeglobal adaptation global agency working at the heart of their business.We are looking for people who want to work closer with clients and brands who are entrepreneurial and relish the opportunity to be a part of something new and dynamic.What you will be doing:Working with globally supplied creative delivering end to end management of large brand campaigns. Channels: Retail and in-store advertising Digital Social OOH DOOH Ecom Paid MediaEnd to end management of all asset creation across; Retail and in-store advertising Digital Social OOH DOOH and PressWorking with offsite/international hubs to deliver workDelivering project ownership with support from the Account Team including:Interrogating and adapting client briefs so theyre Production and Studio friendlyWorking with client to forecast and plan workloadsPlanning and booking the required studio resource with the Resource ManagerBriefing work to the creative team to executeQC of all assets before sharing with clientsManaging review and amends with clientsDeveloping and managing project timelinesEstimating how long a job will takeCommunicating project milestones to all relevant team membersFinal delivery of assets to client and media partnersWork collaboratively within the team to deliver high quality workDaily and weekly status reports delivered both internally and externally with clientWork collaboratively motivate and encourage the closest and wider teams ensuring all team members remain focused on delivering the best work possible and feel supported in doing soBe pro-active and therefore anticipate and rectify issues at the project outset before they become a mitigate against project risks at all timesPlan and schedule projects efficiently therefore ensuring the optimum use of company resourcesCommunicate project status both internally and externally according to agreed account processOversee the creative output; acting as guardian to ensure quality is kept high across all projectsStrive to follow and implement the best practice production process within OLIVER and with clientsA strong passion for sport and particularly for sportswear brand.Ideally a strong background in advertising campaign production.What you need to be great in this role:2-4years experienceworking in an agency / high volume production environmentExperience working in an advertising agency; sports and lifestyle category is a plusExperience delivering creative or creative production for retail and paid media campaignsCross channel experience; Retail and in-store advertising Digital Social OOH DOOH Ecom Paid MediaExperience with multiple projects across multiple languages at onceA solid understanding of channel best practicesA mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of activityBe a solution-focused team member with confident communication skills both internally and externally with clientStrong project management skills and highly detail-oriented and organisedAbility to quickly immerse in brands problem-solve and be fully into role within 90daysSmooth team operations with flawless execution of projects on time and with excellenceConfident in contributing to daily and project stand-upsA basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop InDesign and After Effects and what theyre used forGood understanding of how long things take and ability to estimate time required for creativesExperience managing external stakeholder relationships such as media wholesale or eCom partnersComfortable with working with remote clients and functional team in different time zones and culturesExperience managing projects from briefing to deliveryReq ID: 16460Be Ambitious to succeedBe Imaginative to push the boundaries of whats possibleBe Inspirational to do groundbreaking workBe always learningand listening to understandBe Results-focused to exceed expectationsBe actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community clients and creationsOLIVER a part of the Brandtech Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential and individual differences are valued and respected.
