With its comprehensive expertise, Wescon International B.V. supports industrial clients in maintaining reliability and efficiency.Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site Account Manager role based in Abu Dhabi. The Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, preparing and delivering proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery. The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in achieving customer satisfaction and supporting the company’s business objectives.QualificationsStrong client relationship management and customer service skillsExperience in business development, including identifying opportunities and managing client accountsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projectsWorking knowledge of industrial services such as Asset Integrity, Heat Treatment, NDT, or Maintenance is a plusProficient in using CRM software and other business management toolsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related fieldPrior experience in a similar role, particularly in the industrial or technical services sector, is highly preferredOrganized, goal-driven, and capable of problem-solving in a fast‑paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
