JobDescription—AccountManager(AccountSuccessManager)Location:Dubai,UAEType:Full-time–Part time (Hybrid)SourceItsupportsbusinessesacrossUAE,GCC,andEgyptwithRecruitment,HRO,AboutSourceItoutsourcing/BPO,andHRsupportsolutions.Weworkwithfast-movingclientswhoexpect speed,quality,andstrongaccountownership.RoleSummaryWe’rehiringanAccountManager(AccountSuccessManager)inDubaitoownclient relationshipsend-to-endafteronboardingandthroughoutdelivery.Youwillsupportthe commercialteamtoclosedeals,thenensuresmoothday-to-dayoperationsbycoordinatinginternallywithrecruitersandoperationsteams,managingclientexpectations,anddriving retentionandgrowth.Thisroleisidealforsomeonewithrecruitment+HROexperiencewhocanoperateconfidentlywithclients,handlemultipleopenrequirements,andkeepdeliveryontrack.KeyResponsibilitiesClientSuccess&Operations(Day-to-Day)Owntheclientrelationshippost-signing:requirementsintake,servicescopealignment,deliveryfollow-up,andperformancereviews.Manageday-to-daycoordinationforactiveaccounts(roles,timelines,priorities,feedback loops,andissueresolution).EnsureservicedeliveryqualityforrecruitmentandHROservices(e.g.,onboarding,payrollsupportcoordination,HRsupport,outsourcingcoordination—basedonscope).TrackSLAs,weeklyprogress,andpipelineupdateswithclientsandinternalteams.DealSupport&GrowthSupportthesalesteaminclosing:proposalsupport,scopeclarification,commercials coordination,andclientfollow-ups.Identifyupsell/cross-sellopportunities(moreroles,additionalHRservices,outsourcingsupport)andconvertthemintoexpansions.Leadrenewalsandaccountretentionplans.InternalCoordinationActasthebridgebetweenclientsandinternalteams(Recruitment,Ops,HR,Finance).Runweeklyinternalaccountcheck-insandensurefastescalationsandresolutions.MaintainaccurateaccountdataandreportinginCRMandsharedtrackers.Requirements3–7yearsexperienceinAccountManagement/ClientSuccesswithinRecruitment,Staffing,orHRO.Strongunderstandingofrecruitmentdeliverycycles(jobintake→sourcing→shortlist→interview→offer→onboarding).Provenabilitytomanagemultipleclientsandprioritiesinparallel.Excellentcommunication,stakeholdermanagement,andnegotiationskills.Strongorganizationandreportingdiscipline(CRM,trackers,follow-ups,meetingnotes,actionitems).BasedinDubaiorabletoworkinDubai.#J-18808-Ljbffr
