Account Manager Solutions and Services MEIAEssity is a leading global hygiene and health company which develops produces and sells Health & Medical Consumer Tissue and Professional Hygiene products and solutions which has a strong global presence. We are looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Professional Hygiene Business Unit in Dubai and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the MEA region. If this describes you we’d love to connect.About the RoleThe Account Manager will drive growth of Tork Solutions in the Middle East and India by developing B2B client relationships managing execution and retention programs identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative hygiene solutions.We’re looking for people who embody our values, aren’t afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment and move at a fast pace. If this is you we’d love to talk.What You Will DoPrepare short and long-range sales plans and strategies utilizing available sales and marketing programs to reach nominated targets.Negotiate plan and conditions with customer.Introduce new products/services to clients and organize visits to current and potential clients to drive sales expansion.Possess and apply detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of clients business.Maintain and retain long-term customer relationships with established clients.Ensure that clients receive high quality customer service.Involve appropriate sales representative when clients have additional service needs.Who are YouMust have a Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field or equivalent commercial experience.Must have 2-3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or account management preferably with exposure to professional hygiene solutions.Must be proficient in English, Arabic is a plus.Must have strong sales skills.Must have good knowledge of the market.Must have the ability to manage client relationships and execute retention programs effectively.What We Can Offer YouOur purpose Breaking Barriers to Well-Being provides meaning to everything we do.
