Our MENA team works with leading government entities, health organisations, consumer brands and corporate / B2B clients delivering integrated campaigns that shape reputation, influence behaviour and drive results.We're now looking to connect with experienced Account Managers and Senior Account Managers to join our UAE offices in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. This is an opportunity to play a more senior role within growing accounts while continuing to build depth across sectors and platforms.What You’ll DoThis role sits at the centre of social strategy, content delivery and client leadership.Depending on experience your role may include:Managing and leading social media accounts across government, health, consumer and corporate clientsOwning day-to-day client relationships and acting as a trusted point of contactLeading the planning, development and delivery of always-on content calendars and campaign burstsWorking closely with creative content and strategy teams to deliver social‑first thinkingOverseeing community management, social listening and reportingTranslating performance data into clear insights and recommendationsGuiding and supporting Account Executives and Senior Account ExecutivesEnsuring quality consistency and delivery across all social outputsAt Four managers are hands‑on trusted to lead, shape thinking and raise the standard.What You BringWe're intentionally open on background but this role suits someone comfortable managing accounts and people and confident working directly with clients.We're keen to hear from people who bring:Solid experience in social media, digital content or communications (agency or in‑house)Experience managing accounts and contributing to social strategyExposure to government, health, consumer brands or corporate / B2B is a plusStrong organisational and prioritisation skills across multiple accountsConfidence leading conversations with clients and internal teamsA strong understanding of content performance platforms and trendsClear communication skills and a collaborative leadership mindsetArabic or English both are welcome.
