Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and driving business growth. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, aligning internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives while identifying opportunities for revenue expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accountsAct as the primary point of contact for client communication and supportUnderstand client needs and develop account strategies to achieve business objectivesMonitor account performance and prepare reports for clients and internal stakeholdersCoordinate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth service deliveryIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling servicesResolve client issues proactively to ensure high satisfaction and retentionStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client business developmentsEnsure timely execution of client deliverables and adherence to deadlinesQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory)Professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CA) are an advantageMinimum 5 years of experience in accounting and payrollAt least 5 years of work experience in the UAEExperience managing client accounts across multiple industriesKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic is an advantage)Excellent problem-solving and consultative approachProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)Strong project and engagement management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsResults-driven with a proactive mindsetAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
