Account Manager page is loaded## Account Managerlocations: SAU-Riyadh-Tatweeer Towerstime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R0117566We are looking for an Account Manager to join the regional team in Riyadh.The role itself is designed to develop customer relationships and support account management for the medium size revenue accounts, executing standard sales and renewal processes where applicable. **Role Responsibilities&Key Accountabilities:** Responsible for client relationship management and sales activities across a set of transactional customer accounts. Understands what the sales cycle entails and gains knowledge of particulars for supporting accounts. Maintains pipeline hygiene (renewals and gross) in Salesforce, ensures all client administrative tasks are fulfilled and work with customer operations to help with deal execution and support. Attains average customer dedication and customer happiness scores at minimum. Engages with clients and vendor partners proactively. Handles on-boarding of clients, following defined processes and suggesting improvements to these processes as need be. Completes Territory Plans and knows required information about the industry, domain, and target personas.Strong understanding of customers and their business model and workflows.Experience in account management or financial sector.Sophisticated selling skills (identity, develop and articulate a complex proposition/consultative selling).Strong negotiation skills.Superior interpersonal skills, ability to develop and execute a sales plan, ability to use a variety of technology with a high level of proficiency.Problem solving skills: ability to understand, articulate, structure and solve client needs.Presentation and communication skills: ability to deliver presentations and communicate at all levels within an organization.Ability to collaborate with other teams.University/college degree, equivalent experience may be considered depending on position/department, advanced degree may be preferred.Confirmed account management, sales or marketing experience in a customer facing environment required.We're proud to offer a working culture that supports growth, balance, and purpose:Hybrid and flexible working arrangements.Constant Learning: 90 Day Sales On-Boarding Program, E-learning platform, a range of workshops, access to real-time economic data.
