David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Korean speaking Account Manager for their offices in Dubai.Position: Account ManagerLocation: Onsite Dubai UAEEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary bonusesResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for assigned clients.Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.Support onboarding processes and guide clients through integrations, launches or implementations.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions that address client needs.Share and communicate relevant updates, offers or promotions with clients.Identify opportunities to expand client engagement through upselling or cross-selling.Provide regular performance updates, reports and insights to clients and management.Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to advise clients proactively.Address and resolve client issues promptly to maintain high service standards.Represent the company at industry events and client meetings when needed.RequirementsNative/fluent in Korean (C1) both oral and written.
