Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Sales Department at Ninja. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing partner restaurants, ensuring their satisfaction and success on the Ninja platform. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to account management.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for existing partner restaurants, building and nurturing relationships to ensure satisfaction and retentionConduct regular check-ins with partners to review performance, address concerns, and explore growth opportunitiesProvide ongoing support and assistance to partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely mannerCollaborate with internal teams, including Sales Acquisition and Operations, to facilitate partner onboarding and transitionMonitor partner performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans as neededCoordinate marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns with partners to drive engagement and salesCross‑selling NCR products and monitor ROI for partnersMaintain accurate records of partner interactions, communications, and performance using CRM softwareStay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations to partnersRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales rolesStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environmentProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteA proactive and solution‑oriented approach to problem‑solving#J-18808-Ljbffr
