We help clients navigate the challenge of balancing both long-term and short-term success through the most comprehensive understanding of what motivates people and what drives business growth in the industry.The roleAs an Account Manager you will develop collaborative strategic partnerships with your clients. Our Account Managers immerse themselves in their client’s worlds to really understand the strategy, experiences, and competitive context of their brands to deliver industry‑leading guidance on how to grow.Our goal is to not just help our clients win but to keep winning. As such we utilise a broad range of data sources striving to blend a variety of sources and types of data to deliver unparalleled insight. You will be at the forefront of driving this insight and also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new client initiatives. Its an exciting dynamic and evolving role.This role is based out of Dubai. There are more than 30 nationalities residing in Dubai offering a unique cosmopolitan culture.What youll be doingYou will support in turning behaviour data into competitive advantage through continuous monitoring, advanced analytics and delivering tailored solutions. As global experts in Innovation & Shopper behaviour you will help brands, retailers and government organisations to make the right strategic decisions.You will:Support Account Directors in successfully delivering Shopper and Innovation research to the portfolio clients.Leverage sector expertise & insight to prepare and execute pitches and proposals.Partner with internal teams working on brand equity programmes, communications development and cutting‑edge research techniques such as neuroscience, media & digital, social media and brand analytics.Prioritise project requirements and delivery, determine tasks and actions for exec team schedule and meet deadlines, brief support services, manage and evaluate project progress.Provide sound research recommendations, apply appropriate research methodology & recommend appropriate Kantar products and solutions. Set standards of excellence, ensure high quality through thorough checking procedures, conduct detailed checks of proposals, questionnaires, discussion guides, presentations.Provide sound guidance on analysis techniques, provide sound guidance on finding the story, finalize and ensure strategic content of conclusions and recommendations always adding value to research results.Acquire relevant client background knowledge; must have a very clear understanding of client business, relationship building, meet deadlines, manage general client expectations, responsible for liaising with client on all aspects of the study from briefing to presentation on a project basis.The skills & experience youll needHighly strategic and consultative with a passion for brands and brand developmentQuantitative research mastery and experience leading brand research projectsExperience working with global clients within fast‑moving sector/sPassionate about mentoring junior team membersA passion for and pursuit of exceptional client experienceDesire and commitment to driving the collective success of a teamExcellent communication & presentation skillsWe’re looking for people who have a passion for their role and the ability to thrive.
