As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services. You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients and will work closely with our sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries and needsUnderstand each client's unique business goals and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and servicesCollaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accountsEnsure timely and successful delivery of our products and services according to client needs and objectivesConduct regular account reviews and provide strategic recommendations to drive client satisfaction and retentionResolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional mannerKeep updated records of all client interactions and maintain accurate account information in our CRM systemStay informed about industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to provide valuable insights and solutions to our clientsAttend industry events and conferences to network and promote our company's products and servicesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the technology or interactive display industryProven track record of managing and growing client accountsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a team#J-18808-Ljbffr
