Job Description
Account ManagerMuhimma Digital Platform is seeking a commercially driven Account Manager to grow and manage client relationships across the UAE and wider GCC region. This role combines new business development with account growth, requiring someone who can engage senior stakeholders, articulate value, and close opportunities across Market Research, Data Analytics, and SaaS solutions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, with a deep understanding of their business objectives and challenges.Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.Position Muhimma’s offerings—Market Research, Data Analytics, and SaaS Platform—by clearly demonstrating business value, insights, and ROI.Use HubSpot CRM to track client interactions, manage the sales cycle, and forecast revenue.Collaborate closely with marketing, research, product, and delivery teams to design tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.Negotiate commercial terms and close deals aligned with both client objectives and company revenue targets.Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and contribute to service enhancement initiatives.RequirementsProven experience in sales, and account management, preferably in B2B environments such as market research, analytics, consulting, or SaaS.Strong understanding of the UAE and GCC business landscape, with experience engaging mid to senior-level stakeholders.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is an plus.Comfortable managing a structured sales process and working with CRM tools.Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a hybrid setup.Visa StatusThis role does not include company-sponsored residency (Iqama).Candidates must currently be based in the UAE with a valid visa.Locations: United Arab EmiratesRemote status: Fully Remote#J-18808-Ljbffr
