Our culture is all about the thriving young team of us in 4 offices around MENA, while we boldly help impact the success of leading brands like McDonald's, General Motors, and American Express.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><h3>Client Servicing&Account Management</h3><ul><li>Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely delivery.</li><li>Translate client objectives into actionable social, content, and campaign strategies.</li><li>Manage client expectations, handle challenges proactively, and maintain strong relationship health.</li></ul><h3>Strategic Planning</h3><ul><li>Build data-backed content calendars aligned with business goals, audience insights, and platform behaviors.</li><li>Plan and oversee integrated paid media strategies.</li></ul><h3>Campaign Execution&Optimization</h3><ul><li>Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization.</li><li>Ensure content, creative, media, and community management work together cohesively.</li><li>Identify risks, propose solutions, and adjust strategies based on real-time data.</li></ul><h3>Cross-Functional Leadership</h3><ul><li>Brief and manage creative, media, and production teams.</li><li>Ensure quality control across assets, messaging, and brand guidelines.</li><li>Oversee content output, ensuring consistency in quality and storytelling.</li></ul><h3>Reporting&Insights</h3><ul><li>Produce structured reports with actionable insights.</li><li>Provide recommendations, strategic improvements, and clear next steps.</li><li>Monitor industry movements, competitors, and platform updates to inform strategy</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>3–5+ years of hands‑on experience in social media, digital marketing, or account management.</p><ul><li>Proven track record managing clients and leading communication end‑to‑end.</li><li>Solid understanding of paid media fundamentals (campaign structures, KPIs, optimization).</li><li>Experience building and presenting social strategies, content plans, and performance reports.</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to lead multi‑team.</li><li>Ability to translate data and insights into clear business recommendations.</li><li>Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments with shifting priorities.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus).</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills</h3><h3>Strategic&Analytical</h3><ul><li>Ability to build integrated campaign strategies, not just execute tasks.</li><li>Strong understanding of audience segmentation, funnel marketing, and content performance metrics.</li></ul><h3>AI&Tools</h3><ul><li>Proficiency in using AI tools for research, content ideation, analytics, and automation.</li><li>Knowledge of TikTok, Meta, and platform‑native analytics and campaign dashboards.</li></ul><h3>Creative&Content</h3><ul><li>Ability to evaluate creative quality, provide structured feedback, and brief creative teams effectively.</li><li>Strong sense of platform‑specific storytelling (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, LinkedIn).</li></ul><h3>Leadership&Soft Skills</h3><ul><li>Confident in leading client meetings and presentations.</li><li>Proactive, solutions‑oriented approach with the ability to manage pressure well.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and aligning cross‑functional teams.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
