Your role will be goal and target driven, and you will build and maintain large portfolios for many organizations.In this role, you will:Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing salesProspect potential customers using various methods such as cold calling and face to face meeting.Qualify prospects against product, service, and company's requirements.Consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of proposed packages that would suit their needsDraft and deliver proposals via email as well as a high level of pitching techniquesKeep detailed notes on prospects for lead management in our CRM (Salesforce)Provide forecasts on most likely sales revenues on a weekly and monthly basisProvide feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales and improve company branding and reputationBe a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplaceConduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrityRequirementsA minimum of secondary education2 - 5 years of experience in a similar roleFamiliar with CRMs’ (Salesforce a plus)Persuasive with strong communication skills to close dealsTactful, intelligent, and improvising skills to handle client's objections in any way.Articulate and well versed with making presentations and sales pitches to prospective and existing clientsAggressive follow up skills to ensure that deadlines are metStrong negotiation skills to achieve the best possible outcome out of all sales interactionsBi-lingual is a plusCompetitive attitude with a hunger to always be on topResult orientated with problem solving skills to resolve challenges through creative and flexible options in line with the company's overall targetsBenefitsA fast paced, high performing teamMulticultural environment with over 60 different nationalitiesCompetitive Tax-free SalaryComprehensive Health InsuranceAnnual Air Ticket AllowanceEmployee discounts at multiple vendors across the emiratesRewards & RecognitionsLearning & DevelopmentBayut & dubizzle is an equal opportunity employer.
