This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in shaping partner relationships and delivering world-class activations for Art Basel in Doha.We are seeking an Account Manager with full professional fluency in English, while Arabic or French is an advantage.Account Manager Job in Doha – Role OverviewWorking at the intersection of contemporary art, culture, and luxury, the Account Manager will manage key sponsor and partner relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional partner experiences before, during, and after the fair. Reporting into the Partnerships team, you will act as a trusted partner to sponsors and collaborators, overseeing the full lifecycle of partnerships—from strategic planning and activation through to delivery, reporting, and renewal.Key Responsibilities – Partnerships & Account ManagementBuild, manage, and grow strong, long-term relationships with Art Basel Doha partners and sponsorsAct as the primary point of contact for all partner-related enquiries and day-to-day account managementDevelop strategic partnership plans focused on revenue growth, retention, and innovative monetisationLead the planning and execution of partner activations across the fair and digital platformsManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring contracts, benefits, budgets, and timelines are delivered accuratelyCoordinate operational aspects of activations, including logistics, permits, and on-site deliveryCollaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Digital, VIP, Operations, Galleries) to ensure integrated partner experiencesOversee the production of partner collateral across print, digital, and on-site environmentsDeliver post-event reporting, KPI analysis, and strategic recommendations to partnersSupport and guide junior team members where requiredRequired Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Arts Administration, Marketing, Communications, or equivalentExperienced in account management, partnerships, sponsorship, fundraising, or marketing, ideally within the arts, culture, luxury, or adjacent sectorsStrong project and event management experience, preferably in an international environmentExperience working in or with partners in the Middle East is highly desirableProficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g. Asana), CRM systems, and familiarity with Adobe toolsStrong understanding of digital and social media platforms and their strategic applicationHighly organised, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesGenuine interest in contemporary visual arts and cultural programmingLocation, Travel and Working ArrangementsThe role is based in Doha, Qatar.
