You will own our most complex, high-value merchant relationships, moving beyond account maintenance to become a commercial architect for their success. You are responsible for the full lifecycle of merchant growth—designing sophisticated upsell/cross-sell strategies and ensuring Tabby is a core component of their financial ecosystem. Beyond your portfolio, you will serve as a mentor to junior team members and a key collaborator with leadership to refine our operational blueprints as we scale in the Kingdom.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Strategic Portfolio Mastery:</b>Drive the commercial roadmap for Tabby’s most significant KSA merchants. Identify untapped revenue streams and execute high-level expansion strategies that align merchant business models with Tabby’s evolving product suite.</li><li><b>Executive-Level Alliances:</b>Cultivate deep, trust-based partnerships with C-suite stakeholders and decision-makers. Serve as a consultant who provides macro-market insights, ensuring Tabby is positioned as a long-term strategic asset rather than just a payment provider.</li><li><b>Operational&Project Architecture:</b>Own the design and execution of cross-functional projects across Product, Marketing, and Tech. You won't just participate; you will optimize the frameworks that improve merchant onboarding, retention, and lifecycle management.</li><li><b>Predictive Analytics&Storytelling:</b>Leverage advanced data sets to build predictive models for account performance. You will lead high-impact Business Reviews (QBRs), translating raw metrics into compelling narratives that drive merchant ROI and preemptive churn mitigation.</li><li><b>Mentorship&Team Scaling:</b>As a senior member of a pioneering KSA team, you will provide guidance and mentorship to Account Management Interns and Executives, helping to build a high-performance culture and standardized "best practices."</li><li><b>High-Stakes Negotiation:</b>Lead complex negotiations regarding contract renewals, specialized fee structures, and exclusive promotional partnerships to secure Tabby’s market share while maintaining merchant profitability.</li></ul><h3>Skills, Knowledge&Expertise</h3><ul><li><b>Education:</b>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.</li><li><b>Experience:</b>2–5+ years of proven experience in Account Management, Strategic Sales, or Partnership Management (specifically within FinTech, E-commerce, or Payments).</li><li><b>Commercial Expertise:</b>A documented history of significantly growing high-value portfolios and exceeding complex KPIs.</li><li><b>Advanced Analytical Rigor:</b>Mastery in interpreting data and using visualization tools (Tableau/Looker) to drive commercial strategy.</li><li><b>Influential Communication:</b>Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.</li><li><b>Leadership Qualities:</b>Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and a passion for coaching/mentoring junior talent.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Deep expertise in the KSA retail and e-commerce landscape.</li><li>Experience in process automation or building CRM workflows from scratch.</li><li>Advanced technical knowledge of payment integrations and API-led products.</li><li>A "builder" mindset—excited by the challenge of scaling a new team in a high-growth market.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
