In a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we grow together — as individuals and as a team.</p><p>As an Account Management Professional in Fashion, you will lead our expansion in the Gulf region by identifying and onboarding high-potential fashion brands and sellers. You will drive growth through strategic negotiations, performance analysis of key KPIs, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize operational success. This role is a dynamic blend of relationship building and data-driven strategy, ensuring our fashion partners thrive in a fast-paced marketplace.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Identify, acquire and onboard high-potential sellers, brands and stores in the Gulf region.</li><li>Managing commercials of the potfolio brands.</li><li>Take the lead in the onboarding process, collaborating with the relevant teams to establish operational models.</li><li>Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue, profit and loss, and stock levels, in coordination with the Retail and Marketplace teams.</li><li>Work with cross-functional teams to improve KPIs and align them with business objectives.</li><li>Enhance account engagement on the platform through regular meetings, progress assessments and relationship building.</li><li>Develop and implement follow-up reports and automation processes with stakeholders.</li></ul><h3>Expected Qualifications</h3><ul><li>University degree (preferably engineering, business administration and economy faculties).</li><li>Extensive experience in Account Management experience in fashion e-commerce.</li><li>Proficient in conducting market research to identify potential vendors, assess their products, and evaluate partnership suitability.</li><li>Proven ability to negotiate terms, contracts and pricing with vendors to secure mutually beneficial agreements.</li><li>Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Native or professional fluency in Arabic.</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><p><b>- Hybrid working model with flexibility:</b>a schedule that helps you find the right balance between flexibility and team bonding, including work-from-abroad opportunities and a summer working model.</p><p><b>- Personalised training allowance and learning opportunities:</b>Use your annual budget for any training or conference of your choice, explore our Learning Management System (LMS) anytime, and join in-person learning sessions offered throughout the year.</p><p><b>- Responsibility from day one:</b>Take full ownership from the start in a culture where every voice is heard and valued.</p><p><b>- A diverse, international team:</b>Collaborate with global peers across our offices in Berlin, Amsterdam, Dubai, and beyond, in a startup-spirited and collaborative environment.</p><p><b>- Opportunities to grow with the best:</b>Tackle meaningful challenges, develop through hands-on experience, and grow with the support of expert guidance and global mentoring.</p><p><b>- Meaningful connections beyond tasks:</b>Be part of team rituals, events, and social activities that help us stay connected and inspired.</p><h3>Take the Next Step</h3><p>If this role excites you, apply today, we look forward to taking the next step with you.</p><p>Want to get to know the team better first?
