As<b>Account Lead – Consumer Tyres</b>, you will be responsible for driving and growing<b>consumer tyre business across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Yemen and Algeria</b>. Based in<b>Jeddah/Riyadh SA</b>, you will lead distributor and key customer relationships, define channel strategies, and deliver sustainable sales growth. With a strong commercial and consultative approach, you will identify and develop market opportunities, strengthen channel execution, and leverage market intelligence to achieve<b>mid‑to‑long‑term business objectives</b>.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><h3>Market Development – Consumer Tyres</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute Bridgestone’s consumer tyre market strategy across all key regions in KSA (Central, Western, Eastern, Southern).</li><li>Work closely with distributors and key retail partners to assess market performance, pricing structures, consumer trends, and channel effectiveness.</li><li>Monitor and respond to KSA‑specific market factors, including vehicle parc trends (SUVs and passenger cars), seasonality, road conditions, and SASO regulatory requirements.</li><li>Convert market insights, sell‑out data, and consumer behavior into actionable strategies that support business planning and key account growth.</li></ul><h3>New Business Development&Channel Management</h3><ul><li>Identify and develop new consumer tyre business opportunities that deliver sustainable profitability for Bridgestone and its partners.</li><li>Expand presence across retailers, franchise workshops, and regional distribution channels.</li><li>Ensure optimal product mix, size coverage, pricing positioning, and in‑market execution across key accounts.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and major customers to drive brand loyalty and long‑term growth.</li><li>Track and communicate competitor activity, pricing movements, promotions, and new market entrants.</li></ul><h3>Research, Planning&Reporting</h3><ul><li>Lead competitive and market intelligence activities covering consumer tyre portfolios, key sizes, pricing tiers, and promotions in KSA.</li><li>Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans aligned with market targets and regional priorities.</li><li>Monitor market activities including new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional programs.</li><li>Conduct market and retailer reviews to identify emerging consumer demand and new tyre size opportunities, particularly in high‑growth SUV segments.</li><li>Share structured market feedback with regional and global teams to support product planning and portfolio optimization.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Experience Required</h3><h3>Education, Master, Other Certification</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline</li><li>Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred</li><li>Certifications in sales management, channel management, or automotive/tyre industry are an advantage</li></ul><h3>Experience (Years)</h3><ul><li>6–9 years of progressive experience in sales, account management, or business development</li><li>Proven experience in the consumer tyre, automotive aftermarket, or FMCG sector</li><li>Strong track record managing distributors, key accounts, and retail networks in KSA or GCC</li><li>Experience leading market strategy, pricing, and channel development</li></ul><h3>Technical Skills</h3><ul><li>In-depth knowledge of consumer tyre products, applications, and size management</li><li>Strong understanding of Saudi consumer tyre market dynamics, competitor landscape, and pricing structures</li><li>Experience with sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking</li><li>Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems</li><li>Ability to analyze sell‑in, sell‑out, and market data to drive strategic decisions</li></ul><h3>Language Skills</h3><ul><li>Arabic – Fluent (spoken and written)</li><li>English – Fluent / Business professional level</li></ul><h3>Soft / Behavioral Skills</h3
