Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index.Job DescriptionRole SummaryResponsible for developing business through partner restaurants by building and maintaining long-term relationships. Manage existing accounts, optimize restaurant content, handle menu updates, and drive revenue growth through strategic account management initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct business reviews with accounts to identify opportunities and drive increased revenue, profitability, and market shareMaintain continuous business relationships with clients and restaurants through regular communication and proactive support to resolve operational issuesManage restaurant content including menus, delivery times, and method of access (MOA) to ensure optimal performanceRenegotiate commission rates and develop new commercial relationships by renewing existing contacts with improved offersGenerate revenue through advertisement sales, brand promotions, coupons, and vouchers; acquire and maintain restaurant menu photography and Talabat branding materialsEncourage restaurant adoption of digital features including track order functionality, white-label solutions, online payment gateways, and other digitalization initiativesMonitor restaurant status on the Talabat platform and coordinate with restaurants to resolve issues affecting live status or delivery operationsMaintain accurate records and provide regular CRM updates via Salesforce, including contact reports, activity reports, sales reports, and account analysisAttend sales and marketing team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and performance updatesQualificationsBachelor’s Degree within Business Administration or any other related fieldMinimum of 3+ years’ experience within SalesNegotiation SkillsAbility to meet deadlines and be flexible in workingFluent in both languages Arabic and EnglishCommunication skills (Written and Verbal)Excel Skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
