We help organizers gain reach, create memorable impact with 3D designs, and provide engaging destinations where attendees can interact using our chat and webinar tools.Our Ideal CandidateWe are looking for talented Account Executives to join our growing sales team. An ideal candidate will have a proven record (minimum 2 years) in Event Technology Sales, preferably with experience selling into recruiting or marketing departments in the territory and market assigned. The AE will manage all aspects of the sales process including active prospecting, qualification, evaluation, live demos, closing, and account care. This is a quota-carrying sales position.ResponsibilitiesOutbound Sales - Build and manage a sales pipeline by active prospecting. Identify suitable opportunities through online research and conduct outreach via email/phone/InMails.Meet and strive to exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotasProvide presentations, product demonstrations and general support to prospective customersDevelop and manage relationships with prospects and prepare proposals and contractsManage and track customer interaction and transactional information in Hubspot (CRM)Use a consultative approach to assess prospect pain points, demo the vFairs platform, propose solutions, and obtain commitmentUnderstand and stay up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledgeAdopt a long-term client view and identify upsell and renewal opportunitiesQualificationsEvent Tech industry experience is preferredMinimum five years of B2B SaaS sales experienceMinimum two years with active outbound prospectingMultilingual – Arabic and English preferredBased in Saudi Arabia with relevant sales experience for KSAExperience selling SaaS or technology to event professionals, non-profits, Fortune 1000 companies is a plusSelf-disciplined, self-motivated, and able to work well in a teamStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to learn quickly and apply new information in customer-facing scenariosExcellent listening skills and a consultative selling mindsetAttention to detail and ability to multitask while maintaining qualityLead generation, cold calling, objection handling, and sales development experiencevFairs OffersCompetitive total compensation packageBonus upon achieving quotaOpportunity to grow quickly in a fast-growing startupTraining budgetRemote and autonomous work environmentCollaborative team cultureBe vigilant about potential scams, phishing attempts, or fraudulent activities, and seek credible sources or reviews to assess the trustworthiness of the company.
