The ideal candidate will be responsible for manages existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in account management and business development.**About the Role**:As an **Account Executive** at Thomson Reuters Confirmation**,** you will:* Retain and grow existing business, upsell to current customers, and acquire new clients to expand Thomson Reuters Confirmation’s footprint—achieving revenue and book-of-business growth within your assigned territory.* Effectively manage existing accounts while identifying and pursuing white-space opportunities in the region.* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of deals from prospecting through contract completion.* Cultivate long-term client relationships while proactively scoping and developing new business opportunities.* Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal, communication, leadership, and presentation skills to gain credibility, influence stakeholders, and work across diverse cultures and teams.* Act as a proactive self-starter who generates new business leads and develops compelling propositions.* Exhibit strong account management, time management, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.* Apply creative, solution-oriented problem-solving with deep product knowledge and analytical thinking.**About You:*** **5+ years of experience** in a sales role with proven responsibility for revenue growth.* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts, build and cultivate relationships, and coordinate resources across a matrix organization.* Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.* Experience applying **value-based, consultative sales methodologies** to understand, articulate, and solve client needs.* Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and leverage technology with high proficiency.* Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels, up to board level.* A collaborative mindset and proven success as a strong team player.#LI-KL1* **Hybrid Work Model:** We’ve adopted a flexible hybrid working environment (2-3 days a week in the office depending on the role) for our office-based roles while delivering a seamless experience that is digitally and physically connected.* **Flexibility & Work-Life Balance:** Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset.
