Job DescriptionIf you enjoy building and cultivating relationships with current customers and can proactively open doors in a new business environment then you are who were looking for to grow our team! With uncapped earning potential the Account Executive will be part of our dynamic sales organization responsible for maintaining and growing existing clients and creating net new sales in the Middle East. You will identify opportunities for new logos and within our existing customer base to grow and introduce new products/tools. You will receive training and development with tremendous opportunity for advancement for top performers!What will you doCreate strategic long-term relationships with corporate leaders across your territoryNurture and expand the companys relationship with customer accounts in your defined territoryDevelop and execute sales plans and exceed sales goals through prospecting qualifying managing and closing sales opportunitiesDevelop and manage sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual revenue quotasConduct heavy prospecting of customers (phone email marketing campaigns referrals etc.) and coordinate with marketing department to qualify and identify leadsCoordinate resources throughout the sales cycle including product support and sales engineeringMeet with and present value propositions to key clients and senior-level executives to negotiate and close dealsManage and track customer information and provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecasts inRemain highly knowledgeable of company products and target industries to facilitate sales effortsPractice effective excellent communication with management customers and support staffParticipate in team-building and company-growth activities including strategy setting sales training marketing efforts and customer careDevelop and execute sales plans and exceed sales goals through prospecting qualifying managing and closing sales opportunitiesDevelop and manage sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual revenue quotasUse a consultative approach to diagnose our customers needsRemain highly knowledgeable of company products and target industries to facilitate sales effortsPractice effective excellent communication with management customers and support staffWIN close deals and acquire new customersHow will you get it doneResults Orientation Demonstrate a track record of success in account management or bringing in new customers exceeding quotas and maximizing revenueEngaging Presence Use your interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects and customers getting them excited to speak with you and learn more about our productDrive & Grit Operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus and determination to achieve high-quality resultsStrategically execute cross-functionally with Marketing and Business Development to grow material pipeline.Strong discipline on pipeline management and CRM.QualificationsAre you a fitIdeally you have previous experience selling into the Office of the CFO and/or Office of the COOIdeally you have previous experience selling ERP EPM Business Intelligence and reporting tools as well as budgeting and planning solutions.Bachelors degree and/or relevant work experienceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.A disciplined approach to daily activity planning setting goals and achieving resultsExcellent written and verbal communication skills including cold calls proposal preparation and presentation skillsMust have energy drive commitment and passionAdditional InformationWe're a happy team and we all really love what we do.
