Job Description: Responsible for top 5 and largest enterprise accounts in my territory. Responsibilities include preparation of account plans, marketing strategy, and field execution plans; engaging at strategic level, especially with CxO executives at both customers’ and partner’s organizations, to understand key business drivers, initiatives and challenges; adopting value selling methodologies when engaging with key stakeholders to identify critical areas of improvements to help achieve desired business outcomes; managing customers’ escalations and mobilizing all required resources, including partners and customers, to ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner.#J-18808-Ljbffr
