The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing strategic accounts, driving growth, and leading a local client success team. This role is key to strengthening BBIs market presence and ensuring the successful delivery of AI/GenAI solutions to enterprise clients.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Account LeadershipOwn and manage key client relationships across sectors in KSA.Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with both client needs and BBIs technology roadmap.Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on AI and digital transformation.Commercial Growth & Revenue OwnershipDrive account expansion, renewals, and upselling opportunities across the portfolio.Achieve revenue and profitability targets in line with BBIs commercial objectives in KSA.Identify and close whitespace opportunities within strategic accounts.Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing client success team in KSA.Provide strong leadership and coaching to ensure high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and team development.Collaborate with regional and HQ teams to align processes, delivery standards, and commercial strategies.Work closely with Product, Data, and Delivery teams to align client needs with BBIs AI and GenAI capabilities.Translate technical solutions into business value for non-technical stakeholders.Stay ahead of AI trends to position BBI as a thought leader in the market.Performance Tracking & ReportingMaintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account health reporting.Regularly communicate account progress, risks, and achievements to executive leadership.Qualifications & Experience10+ years of experience in account management, client leadership, or consulting preferably in technology, SaaS, digital services, or AI.Proven experience managing enterprise-level clients and leading local teams in Saudi Arabia.Strong commercial mindset with a successful track record of growing strategic accounts.Familiarity with AI, GenAI, or data-driven solutions (technical knowledge is a plus).Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or related fields.
