Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team in Dubai. This is a monthly quota-carrying salaried position that includes a tiered commission structure. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the mission of the BDR will be to deploy sales strategies to increase business revenue and identify potential customers to generate new business opportunities.Novisto is a SaaS sustainability management platform that helps companies streamline data collection, improve data quality, benchmark performance, and communicate more effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Your responsibilities will includeOutbound cadences (email, call, social media) focused on generating new business opportunitiesFacilitate and conduct discovery meetings with high value new business opportunitiesSet qualified introductory meetings for the Sales teamUnderstand customer pain points and clearly articulate the value we provideNurture early phase opportunities for future pipeline potentialAchieving and exceeding monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and pipeline attributionWhat we’re looking forUniversity education, preferably a degree in Business, Commerce or MarketingExperience in outbound sales (or strong customer service background)The motivation, grit, and focus needed to develop a new marketSelf-motivated and results-orientedOutstanding communication skills, including both phone and written communication, as well as active listeningFluency in English is requiredFluency in Arabic is a plusCRM experience is an assetExperience in enterprise software selling is a strong plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
