Celebrating Long Service provides an opportunity for the business to demonstrate their appreciation of the hard work, dedication and many years’ service of our employees at 5 year service milestonesCommitment to continued professional development: Development plans that are tailored to your individual needs and interestsGlobal connections: Join experts around the world who are at the leading edge of our industry, shaping the standards of our professionEnergy Transition Academy: Join a community of experts sharing your knowledge and gaining more exposure to a variety of existing and emerging energy systems – delivered by experts in their fieldThe Key Objectives For This Role AreTo manage and coordinate company‑provided accommodation facilities, ensuring proper allocation, maintenance, compliance, and welfare standards for employees and subcontractors.ResponsibilitiesAccommodation ManagementAllocate rooms to employees as per company policyMaintain updated accommodation occupancy recordsCoordinate check‑in and check‑out processesEnsure proper segregation and room standards (as per project/client requirements)Camp & Facility CoordinationLiaise with camp operators and facility management teamsMonitor housekeeping, cleaning, and hygiene standardsEnsure compliance with HSE and municipality regulationsConduct routine inspections of rooms and common areasDocumentation & ReportingMaintain accommodation database and room allocation logsPrepare monthly occupancy reports and cost reportsTrack camp capacity versus manpower mobilization plansMaintain employee accommodation agreements and recordsEmployee Welfare SupportAddress employee accommodation complaints and resolve issuesCoordinate maintenance requests (AC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)Ensure adequate utilities supply (water, electricity, internet)Vendor & Contract CoordinationCoordinate with accommodation providers and landlordsMonitor camp service contracts and invoicesVerify bills against occupancy reports before submission to accountsCompliance & HSEEnsure adherence to UAE labor law accommodation standardsSupport HSE inspections and auditsImplement emergency response procedures within accommodation facilitiesQualificationsAt Wood, we are committed to equal opportunities and welcome all talented individuals to consider joining our team.
