Madre Integrated Engineering | Full timeMonitoring all ACs assigned in the plant by checking every day.Preventive maintenance of indoor units and outdoor units by cleaning, lubricating, inspecting, adjusting, checking, unclogging, replacing the filter when needed, checking the voltage and compressor, and calibrating the thermostat monthly.Corrective maintenance – replacement of capacitor, motor, PCV, and compressors.Making recommendations for action to be done like repairs or replacement.Daily reporting of the task and monthly summary of the tasks done.Overseeing the installation of new units and replacement parts, ensuring that work is completed according to company specifications and established safety guidelines.Carrying out other tasks assigned.#J-18808-Ljbffr
