The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems and their installation maintenance and repair. They will also have experience working on construction sites and be familiar with the unique challenges and safety requirements of this environment.ResponsibilitiesInstall maintain and repair HVAC systems on construction sitesTroubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systemsPerform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systemsCoordinate with construction team to ensure proper installation and placement of HVAC equipmentAdhere to safety protocols and regulations on construction sitesKeep accurate records of work performed and materials usedCommunicate with project managers and clients regarding project timelines and any issues that may ariseTrain and mentor junior AC technicians as neededStay up-to-date on industry developments and best practicesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 3 years of experience as an AC Technician preferably in a construction settingStrong knowledge of HVAC systems and their installation maintenance and repairAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and manualsFamiliarity with construction site safety protocols and regulationsExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid AC technician license or certification is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
