With a state-of-the-art facility and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and compliance, Medisal plays a key role in strengthening local pharmaceutical manufacturing and medicine security.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Facility Maintainance Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation, maintenance, and compliance of our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role is critical in ensuring that infrastructure, utilities, safety systems, and support services operate efficiently and in full compliance with GMP, EHS, and regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day facility operations, including buildings, utilities, and infrastructureOversee maintenance of HVAC, water systems, compressed air, electrical systems, and critical utilitiesEnsure facility compliance with EDE, GMP, EHS, MOHAP, and local regulatory requirementsCoordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedulesManage external vendors, service providers, and contractorsOversee facility documentation, SOPs, logs, and audit readinessSupport inspections, audits, and regulatory visitsEnsure workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and risk mitigationOptimize operational efficiency, cost control, and sustainability initiativesWork closely with Engineering, QA, Production, and EHS teamsHVAC systems (classified areas, cleanrooms, AHUs)Compressed air & vacuum systemsSteam boilers and chillersElectrical systems, DG sets & UPSFirefighting & safety systemsProduction-support equipment and utilitiesUtility monitoring, alarms, and BMSQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field5+ years of experience in facility management, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or GMP-regulated environmentsStrong understanding of GMP utilities and compliance requirementsExperience managing contractors and service agreementsKnowledge of UAE safety regulations and EHS standardsStrong organizational, leadership, and communication skillsWhy Join MedisalBe part of a UAE-based pharmaceutical manufacturing leaderWork in a regulated, high-impact healthcare environmentOpportunity to contribute to national medicine security and local manufacturing growthProfessional, stable, and growth-oriented workplaceInterested candidates are encouraged to apply via LinkedIn or email to#J-18808-Ljbffr
