Job Description As an experienced professional with over 12 years of supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership teams, ideally in multinational corporations, you will play a crucial role in managing multi-time zone calendars and scheduling global meetings across diverse geographic regions. Your Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field, along with additional certifications in project coordination or time management, will be beneficial for this role.
Your proficiency in MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital collaboration tools (Teams, Confluence, etc.) will be essential in efficiently fulfilling your responsibilities. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will enable you to draft clear emails, memos, and stakeholder updates effectively. Moreover, your strong experience in vendor management, event planning, and financial tracking will be valuable assets in this position.
