Our Captains play a critical leadership role in upholding the highest standards of safety, professionalism and command.We are currently recruiting A320 Captains for base opportunities in:Dubai, UAE (DWC)Malé, Maldives (MLE)Bahrain (BAH)ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute flights to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers and crew on boardOversee all aspects of the flight, including take-off, landing, and in-flight proceduresWork collaboratively with the First Officer to ensure proper communication and teamwork in the cockpitMaintain meticulous records of flight activities and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulationsEngage in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on industry best practices, policies, and proceduresRespond to emergency situations quickly and calmly, following established protocols and proceduresAct as a positive brand ambassador for Beond and uphold the company's high standards for customer service and luxury travelRequirementsValid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)Minimum 5,000 hours total flight time, including 1,500 command hours and 500 hours on A320 aircraftExcellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situationsExperience working in multi-cultural environmentsFluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skillsBenefitsTravel benefit represents an estimated monthly equivalent.
