Our Captains play a critical leadership role in upholding the highest standards of safety, professionalism and command.We are currently recruiting A320 Captains for base opportunities in: Dubai, UAE (DWC), Malé, Maldives (MLE), Bahrain (BAH).ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute flights to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers and crew on board.Oversee all aspects of the flight, including take‑off, landing, and in‑flight procedures.Work collaboratively with the First Officer to ensure proper communication and teamwork in the cockpit.Maintain meticulous records of flight activities and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Engage in ongoing training to stay up‑to‑date on industry best practices, policies, and procedures.Respond to emergency situations quickly and calmly, following established protocols and procedures.Act as a positive brand ambassador for Beond and uphold the company's high standards for customer service and luxury travel.BenefitsTravel benefit represents an estimated monthly equivalent.Actual annual entitlement varies depending on operating base and home location.Estimated packages are based on 450 hours productivity annually.24‑month renewable contract.6 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster pattern.Comprehensive international medical insurance provided.Loss of Licence insurance provided.Staff travel benefits including ID50 and ID90 for employees and eligible family members.Package details for Bahrain (BAH) base are currently under development and will be communicated to shortlisted candidates once finalised.QualificationsValid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).Minimum 5,000 hours total flight time, including 1,500 command hours and 500 hours on A320 aircraft.Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.Ability to remain calm and focused in high‑pressure situations.Experience working in multi‑cultural environments.Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
