Job Description
A leading financial institution in the UAE seeks a Team Leader to supervise a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) providing 24/7 support. The role includes monitoring performance against SLAs, conducting training and coaching, and ensuring the team meets high standards of customer service and productivity. Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor's degree, have at least 3 years of relevant experience, and possess excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
