OverviewAmazon is seeking ambitious students to join as a Program Manager Intern across core businesses such as Retail, Operations, Vendor Services, Merchant Services, Prime Video, Prime Now, Fresh, and Advertising.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with cross‑functional teams on impactful projects and deliverables.Engage with Amazonians, build relationships, and leverage mentorship programs.Own assigned project and work in a real‑world setting.Collaborate in analytics and business intelligence to enhance processes.QualificationsCurrently enrolled in or will receive a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028.Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, management, economics, e‑commerce, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or related field.Fluent written and verbal communication in English.Available to begin internship between January and December 2026, for 3‑6 months full‑time (40h/week).Strong communications and presentation skills.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Results‑driven focus with analytical capability.Ability to innovate and simplify current processes and practices.EligibilityUAE nationals with a family book.Internship Duration and FlexibilityInternship length can vary between 3 to 6 months.
