To support the project team with the delivery of change into the operation, specifically by managing project documentation, maintaining risk registers, monitoring trackers, capturing minutes of meetings, preparing presentations and providing technical input to projectsDuties, Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesPrepare project related documents as directed by Project Manager to support project activitiesArrange technical meetings for the Project Manager to facilitate project interactionsParticipate in technical project meetings to ensure discussions are comprehensively capturedPrepare and disseminate minutes of the meetings to all relevant parties to ensure they are kept up to date with the action points and project progressMaintain project tracker to identify achievement of deliverables and milestones and ensure any shortfalls are highlighted in a timely mannerCollect and collate information to support the Project Manager in preparing RFP documentsEstablish and maintain a robust document control process to ensure all versions of the project related documentation are stored in an easily retrievable mannerPerform other duties delegated by the line manager from time to time to support departmental activitiesSafety responsibilities and accountabilities of this position are detailed in the Safety Management Manual of the organization. The Job holder is required to maintain awareness and knowledge in relation to their safety responsibilities associated with their job functionEducational Qualification :Higher diploma or equivalent preferredProfessional Certifications:Project management qualification such as AMP, PMP etc. preferredExperience:2 years’ experience of working in a project delivery environmentExperience of developing project documents preferredSpecial Technical Skills :English language proficiency required.
