QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related Engineering/Business field.Trained and preferably certified as PMP.SkillsStrong Knowledge and experience of software procurement procedures, requirements/systems analysis, tendering procedures, vendor's negotiation, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Information Security requirements.Excellent people management, problem solving, persuasion, negotiation, and decision making skills and team player with good written and verbal communication skillsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.High level design documentExperienceMinimum 9 years of progressive and directly related experience.ResponsibilitiesManage the entire project life cycle, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.Possess a deep understanding of procurement processes, enabling effective management of vendor and facilitating the acquisition of necessary resources.Conduct comprehensive technical and commercial evaluations of bids received, allowing for informed decision‑making during the selection process.Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user requirements, and prepares feasibility/business case reports and technical requirements documents to make sure that IT projects are delivered according to Company business needs and approved budget.Identify user requirements, create scope of work, draft functional requirements, Design, implement, and deploy IT business solutions.Identifying and managing risks associated with a project.
