Job Description Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition and Talent Management processes. Ensure hiring of the right candidate for the right role and implement effective reward and incentive programs, including career planning initiatives. Handle employee onboarding formalities, including collection and verification of academic and professional documents, preparation of joining reports, and distribution of joining kits. Conduct new joiner orientation and induction programs. Coordinate with appraisers and appraisees to ensure a smooth appraisal cycle and issue appraisal letters in consultation with management. Address employee grievances, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when necessary. Identify training needs, arrange training programs, and monitor improvement outcomes. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and staffing needs. Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels. Manage full-cycle recruitment, including interviewing, reference checks, background verification, and job offer preparation. Design and implement effective recruitment systems and strategies. Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to meet staffing objectives. Track and follow up on interview processes and hiring status updates. Handle HR administration and maintain accurate employee records. Develop and execute recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals. Network with institutions, employment agencies, industry associations, and social media platforms. Participate actively in Human Resource Planning initiatives. Communicate employer brand, policies, and benefits effectively during the recruitment process. Stay updated on organizational structure, HR policies, and relevant labor laws and regulations. Prepare and submit timely reports on recruitment and employment activities. Possess experience in recruitment consultancy. Prior experience hiring sales professionals in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is highly preferred. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
