Workshop ControllerWe are looking for a Workshop Controller to join a fast-growing automotive group in Jeddah and Riyadh.If you have solid experience in after-sales operations and enjoy leading workshop performance, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.Allocate jobs to technicians based on skill and priority.Monitor job progress and ensure on-time vehicle delivery.Review job cards and ensure repair quality meets standards.Coordinate between Service Advisors, Parts, and Warranty teams.Track productivity, efficiency, and reporting KPIs.RequirementsPrevious experience in workshop control / after-sales / service operations.Strong planning, communication, and team coordination skills.Solid technical understanding of automotive repair processes.Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced workshop environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
