If you're ready to shape the future of gymwear and be part of something powerful, you’re in the right place.Role SummaryAs a Wholesale Operations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of wholesale and franchise orders across the full operational lifecycle, from order consolidation to delivery and cash collection.This role acts as the operational bridge between Sales, Finance, Logistics, Planning, and external partners to ensure that wholesale orders are processed accurately, shipped on time, and properly tracked from order confirmation through receivables collection. The role focuses on operational execution, reporting accuracy, and cross‑functional coordination to support the expansion team’s revenue and cash flow objectives.Key Responsibilities1. Order Management & ExecutionExecute seasonal wholesale order forms and ensure alignment with T&A timelines.Validate sales tools and order sheets prior to order confirmation.Receive and consolidate wholesale orders for each season.Prepare implementation files and documentation required for clients.Coordinate internally with design, development, sourcing, planning, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.2. Invoicing & Commercial AdministrationHandle proforma invoices in accordance with client contracts.Prepare tax invoices and validate credit notes where applicable.Maintain accurate documentation related to wholesale transactions.Support commercial operations through accurate invoicing and order confirmation processes.3. Logistics & Delivery CoordinationManage logistics execution for wholesale shipments in coordination with the logistics team.Ensure delivery timelines align with contractual requirements and client expectations.Track shipment progress and resolve operational delays with relevant internal teams.Support supply chain execution for wholesale deliveries.4. Receivables & Cash Flow MonitoringMaintain receivables tracker for wholesale clients.Follow up with clients and finance teams to ensure payments are received in line with agreed terms.Support preparation of sales and cash flow updates for the expansion department.Maintain receivables forecast and visibility for upcoming collections.5. Data Management & ReportingMaintain and update wholesale sales data across operational trackers.Prepare biweekly, monthly, and yearly sales reporting and reconciliation.Calculate margins for delivered wholesale orders.Support the sales team with ad‑hoc reporting and operational insights.6. Stock Intake & Operational ControlManage inbound stock intake for wholesale shipments including FTS and client‑specific inventory.Identify and resolve stock variances between inbound and outbound shipments.Work closely with planning and logistics teams to ensure stock accuracy.3 years of experience in wholesale operations, merchandising operations, or supply chain coordination.Strong commercial and analytical mindset.Advanced Excel skills (sell‑through, stock analysis, forecasting).Experience coordinating across multiple internal teams (sales, logistics, finance, planning).Ability to manage multiple orders and operational timelines simultaneously.Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a high level of attention to detail.Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced seasonal business environment and making data‑led decisions under pressure.Strong ownership mindset with operational discipline.#J-18808-Ljbffr
