Job Description

Role PurposeReporting to Employee Engagement & Wellbeing Manager:Review Charity Related requests for required documents and prepare staff employee profiles.Execute Charity Committee Decisions related to payments.Conduct staff well‑related draws and raffles.Plan and execute the Umra Trip: announcements, data preparation per eligibility criteria, draw set‑up, communication with staff, seat allocation, and Visa arrangements.Prepare and analyze turnover quarterly reports.Lead initiatives and campaigns for staff wellbeing.Run staff competitions.Key Accountabilities of the RoleReview Charity Related RequestsVerify requests on HR systems and ensure all documents are valid and available.Gather employee data and prepare employee profiles for the charity committee.Shortlist ready requests for committee review.Execute Charity Committee’s DecisionsCommunicate required information.Collect necessary documents.Execute payments.Conduct Staff Draws and RafflesPrepare memos or emails for needed approvals.Set up the draws.Extract and prepare data.Conduct the raffle and distribute gifts and rewards.Umra Trip CoordinationSource vendors.Prepare announcements.Prepare data per eligibility criteria for the draw.Conduct the draw.Communicate with staff to ensure seats are filled.Arrange Visa requirements.Turnover Quarterly Report Preparation and AnalysisCompile turnover data and employee experience summaries; update the quarterly turnover presentation with new figures.Summarize turnover/employee experience reports with required actions on a quarterly basis.Provide insights and recommendations to management to enhance retention and employee experience.Follow‑Up on Staff Wellbeing CampaignsCollaborate across all departments to deliver arrangements and communications aligned with wellbeing initiatives.Conduct meetings with work groups or departments to assess and discuss employee needs and wellbeing initiatives.Running Staff CompetitionsAdminister monthly competitions for staff.Prepare data and set up draws.Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge RequiredProven track record at a senior level in a business, developing and driving employee engagement strategies in a fast‑moving environment.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in staff health and wellbeing, customer engagement, experience development, and satisfaction.Required SkillsCommunication – effective communicator with employees, business owners, executives, and wellness professionals.Leadership – basic leadership skills to oversee wellbeing programs.Marketing – ability to promote wellness initiatives and create engaging marketing collaterals.Strategic Planning – basic skill to develop and initiate wellness programs.Resilience, empathy, and discretion when supporting sensitive cases.Good understanding of human resources sustainability.Required EducationA bachelor’s degree in HR, Employee Engagement, sustainability, social sciences, banking, or other relevant fields.This position is for UAE Nationals only.#J-18808-Ljbffr
