Role: Wealth Platform ManagerLocation: Abu DhabiRole Purpose: The Platform Product Manager will be accountable for delivering robust, scalable, and reliable platform solutions that optimize performance and minimize operational risk. This role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders. As a member of the Wealth Management Platform team, working alongside Product, the Platform Product Manager will be instrumental in driving the digital transformation of our business. The role will oversee the delivery of new projects and product development, with a strong focus on IT systems and product delivery platforms from Product and digital assets perspectives. Responsibilities include facilitating the launch of new products or enhancing existing ones on Wealth Platforms, developing new delivery channels, and upgrading back-end systems to ensure operational excellence. Beyond core responsibilities, the role extends into Wealth Management investment products and services, encompassing end-to-end platform management. This includes product lifecycle oversight, governance, channel optimization, and leveraging data‑driven insights to enhance digital platform capabilities and client experience. As a member of the Wealth Management Platform team along with Product, overseeing the delivery of new projects and product development, focusing on IT and other product delivery platforms.Key Accountabilities of the roleProduct & Platform DevelopmentCollaborate with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations) to deliver high‑quality platform solutions on time and within budget.Facilitate the launch of new products and enhancements on Wealth Platforms, ensuring seamless integration with IT systems and third‑party services.Market Intelligence & InnovationConduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform platform enhancements.Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry best practices to maintain platform competitiveness.Requirements & GovernanceGather, validate, and prioritize platform requirements based on stakeholders feedback, business goals, and regulatory standards.Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and workflows to guide development and ensure compliance.Performance Monitoring & OptimizationDefine and track platform KPIs, analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.Implement governance frameworks for risk mitigation and quality assurance.Stakeholder CommunicationProvide clear, timely updates on platform initiatives, progress, and performance to senior management and key stakeholders.Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and external vendors to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.Project & Vendor ManagementLead IT project documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and third‑party integrations to ensure cost‑effective and high‑quality delivery.Testing & Quality AssuranceOversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other testing environments to validate platform functionality and user experience.Ensure robust QA processes for all platform releases.UI/UX Design & Workflow OptimizationDrive the design and optimization of Wealth Platform interfaces and workflows to deliver intuitive, client‑centric experiences.Collaborate with design teams to ensure consistency and usability across digital channels.Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high‑quality products on time and within budget.Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, business goals, and market trends.Develop detailed product specifications and user stories to guide the development process.Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and senior management.Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this roleStrategic & Analytical ThinkingAbility to define and execute platform strategy aligned with business objectives.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for data‑driven decision‑making.Digital Product & Platform ExpertiseProven experience in managing digital platforms and product development.Deep understanding of digital product lifecycle, IT systems, and integration methodologies.Financial Services & Wealth Management KnowledgeSolid grasp of wealth management products, investment process.Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial markets.Project & Program ManagementExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Proficiency in preparing documentation (SOWs, BRDs, RFPs) and overseeing UAT/testing environments.Technical & UX/UI AcumenUnderstanding of platform architecture, back‑end systems, and digit
