Warehouse Operations Lead – E-commerce

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab EmiratesMandatory: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab EmiratesJob ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage day-to-day warehouse operations with minimal supervision.Handle Amazon and other marketplace orders (shipment creation, preparation, labeling, packing, and dispatch).Personally assist with packing and shipment preparation during high-peak periods or whenever required.Ensure all shipments meet Amazon (FBA/FBM) and other marketplace compliance guidelines.Oversee complete warehouse handling and warehouse management including receiving, storage, stock control, and dispatch.Maintain 100% accuracy in inventory records across marketplaces and systems.Plan operations in advance, anticipate problems, and resolve them quickly in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.Provide timely and regular updates to management on warehouse activities, inventory, and shipments.Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for pickups, returns, and deliveries.Suggest and implement process improvements for better accuracy, speed, and cost-efficiency.RequirementsMinimum 3 years’ proven experience in warehouse handling and warehouse management, preferably in e-commerce.Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make operational decisions.Willingness to be hands‑on and directly assist with packing/shipments during peak times.Strong problem‑solving and multitasking abilities in high‑pressure environments.Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency in inventory management systems.Based in UAE or willing to relocate.#J-18808-Ljbffr
