We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will oversee warehouse activities, manage logistics processes, and ensure accurate inventory control. This role is vital for maintaining efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.Detailed Daily ResponsibilitiesWarehouse OperationsSupervise receiving, unloading, and inspection of incoming goods.Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of products.Monitor picking, packing, and dispatching of orders to meet deadlines.Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards in the warehouse.Inventory ManagementConduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.Maintain inventory control systems.Prepare and oversee end-of-year inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with audit requirements.Generate inventory reports for management review.Logistics PlanningPlan and schedule deliveries to optimize routes and reduce costs.Coordinate with transport providers.Track shipments and resolve delivery issues promptly.Ensure timely distribution of goods to customers and internal departments.Team LeadershipManage warehouse staff schedules and assign tasks.Train and mentor team members to improve efficiency and safety.Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.Prepare operational reports.Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements.Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation.SkillsStrong knowledge of inventory control systems and logistics software.Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong communication and negotiation abilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
