OverviewWe are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Waiter / Waitress to join our restaurant team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring guests have a great dining experience.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.Ensure tables are set up properly and maintained clean throughout service.Process payments and handle cash or card transactions.Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent.Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant, cafe, or hotel.Skills:Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Team player with a positive attitude.Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.Language: Fluency in English is required (Arabic or other languages is a plus).Availability: Willing to work shifts on weekends and public holidays.BenefitsCompetitive salary with tips and service charge.Free meals during shifts.Health insurance and annual leave.Career growth opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
