Our available jobs are related to restaurant operations, including F&B service, waitresses/waiters, hostesses, kitchen and bar operations as well as venue management.All our jobs offer a complete package with residence visa, accommodation, transportation, annual paid vacation, health insurance in addition to basic salary.Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic Waiters/Waitresses with experience in serving alcoholic beverages to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in providing exceptional dining service, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience from start to finish.Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, making recommendations, and ensuring compliance with responsible alcohol service standards. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of food and beverages (including wines, spirits, and cocktails), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Ultimately, you will deliver professional service that enhances guest satisfaction and reflects our high standards of hospitality.ResponsibilitiesGreet and guide guests to their tables in a friendly and professional mannerPresent menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about ingredients, allergies, or food pairings)Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS systemServe food and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in line with company and safety standardsProvide recommendations and upsell beverages, including wines, cocktails, and specialty drinksEnsure compliance with responsible alcohol service regulations at all timesCheck guests’ identification when necessary to verify age requirementsCommunicate with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure timely and accurate order deliveryMaintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and service stationsHandle guest complaints or requests promptly and professionallyProcess payments and issue bills accuratelyWork as part of a team to ensure smooth service operationsQualificationsProven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar customer service rolePrevious experience in serving alcoholic beverages (wine, cocktails, spirits) requiredStrong knowledge of responsible alcohol service standards and practicesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsAbility to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong multitasking and organizational skillsProfessional appearance with a positive and welcoming attitudeFlexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBasic math skills and familiarity with POS systemsFood safety and responsible alcohol service certifications (e.g., HACCP, TIPS, or equivalent) are an advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality is a plusProficiency in English; additional languages are an assetAdditional InformationThe work location is Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.Please ensure you are willing and able to work within the Abu Dhabi area before applying.#J-18808-Ljbffr
